Creating style, scene and in-between. Capturing the spirit of stylish shopping
Bellevue Square’s “Be.” program is the cornerstone of the shopping center’s branding efforts. As a key marketing component, the corresponding print ads have evolved with the “Be.” woman. The initial ad campaign was product-focused and then evolved to include graphic squares and descriptive words that enhanced the main visual. Today, the ads often reference the “Be.” woman through models that depict her characteristics, creating a connection between the customer and all that Bellevue Square offers.

Barker Road Collection is a truly unique retail destination with a wide variety of hand-picked treasures from around the world. The challenge was to turn this hidden gem into a retail destination.
The new brand look and feel uses the theme "the golden age of travel" to express the adventurous and romantic spirit of travel for those who appreciate unique, exotic fashion and decor.

An upscale destination defined. One of the most desirable locations in Jakarta.
The Centurion is a modern mixed-use development comprised of corporate and residential towers and a collection of upscale shops, restaurants, cafes and spas located in one of the most desirable locations in Jakarta, Indonesia. Positioned as a place for discerning individuals and elegant surroundings, the distinctive ornate crest evokes European sensibilities and classic designs of upscale establishments. The project spans naming, brand identity, business and marketing collateral and environmental graphic design.

The Bellevue Collection wanted to promote its dominant position as a resort shopping destination, and Fashion Week was the way to do it. With a unique identity for the nine-day fashion event, as well as promotional materials, from advertising to site graphics they hit the runway in style.

Somewhere between the V and the G…. A vibrant and varied retail experience is celebrated.
Located at the heart of a 160-acre “main street” community in Rancho Cucamonga, Victoria Gardens is a 1.5 million-square-foot open-air town center consisting of residential, office, retail, public plazas and a civic center in addition to three major department stores, a cinema and more than 170 specialty retailers. This new advertising campaign references the many vibrant and varied experiences guests encounter, “between the V and the G”, while at the center.

An historic crossing, re-imagined.
Snohomish Station is a new 450,000 sq. ft. retail center in the greater Seattle area. Anchored by a Home Depot, Kohl’s and a Fred Meyer, it features a retail “village” consisting of small boutiques and an outdoor plaza. Monument signage was one of several environmental design elements, in addition to banners, directional and way-finding signage, created to enhance the everyday shopping experience.
